Hi Everyone!

Yeah, the forums are back. I have really looked around yet but I will soon. I missed talking to you the last 2 days. Today we went to dinner at my in-laws so it was not 100% clean.

w/o was BM2
b: kashi w/ banana
s: pizza
l: smoothie
s: chips & salsa
d: stuffed shrimp, corn on the cob, salad, bread and peaches for dessert.

Today has been weird, food-wise. Workout was good, though -- BM2 cardio only, GS triceps, biceps, and B&G core. Whew, I was whipped when I finished!!
 
Hey Ladies. I'm lost in this new mall. But I love it.

I miss you guys. My w/o today will be Super Set.

Good Morning Everyone!

Not sure about the workout yet. I was planning to do Tracey's HISM2 but my legs are fried from yesterday's workout. I need to stop playing around in the new site and get some stuff done. I have a million things to do today and if I don't get started soon I won't finish everything.

It's strange how much I missed this forum when I've only been around for a couple of weeks!

I've done just OK this weekend. Went out for my monthly date with Ryan to Chili's and had some chips and salsa (not a ton though) and then a little dippin' dots at the movie theatre - really not bad just not clean. Then last night we had dinner at a friend's house. For some reason I had dorritos and I don't even like them. Otherwise, not bad.

WOs have been great! I'm really starting to feel the difference. I had Ryan put the scale away for six weeks. We'll see how it goes.

Out to breakfast with the fam this morning. Will have fruit/yogurt/granola.

Katie - your workout sounds CRAZY! Maybe you need to be my trainer.

After my w/o I made pancakes for my kids and had two with blueberries puree.

For dinner I'll have whole grain pasta and ground turkey with sauce.

Yesterday I did Kelly's Stepbox which was alot of fun and easy to follow. I did not like the core section too much crunches.

Kate wanted me to say hi from her. She is having problems getting her password via email so she can't login. According to the site admins they are going to try to resolve the problem tomorrow. Hopefully she can join us then.
 
HI ladies,

Yeah I finally got onto the new forums. I had to re register under DH's email and it let me on. I requested 3 times for a new password and it wouldn't send me one.

My vacation is over. :mad: I could stay at home forever. ;) Now it is time to get back on track. I didn't workout as much as I wanted to this week. I just really wasn't into it. I guess I needed a break.

Here is my plan for the week:
Today: Hi/lo Knockout: Knockout mix + slo-mo short on time upperbody
Mon- LIC cardio timesaver
tues - Butts and Gutts + going to the ocean ( I hope)
wed- supersets upperbody premix
thurs- In The Ring
fri- High Step Challenge

DH traded his one race car for a motorcycle. I know they are dangerous but I love being on the back of a bike.

Robin are you in NC? Enjoy the mall.

Hello Everybody!

I'm having trouble with my username - they're not sending me a new pw for some reason, so I added a 1 for now. I want my post count back though! GRR!

We are back from vacation - laundry is nearly done and I have to start thinking about packing for RT!!!!! I leave very early Thursday AM to catch my plane.

No time/energy for personals right now, but I've read it all and will be back in the AM.

Sleep tight! I know I will!

Glad to see everyone is slowly getting logged on.

Robin - I had a hard time with the friends thing too. You have to check the checkbox near my username.
Jenn - workouts look good. I got almost everything done this weekend. I have a bunch of phone calls to make. I hope to get those done this week.

Dinner ended up being mac & cheese. DH and I were too hot to make anything.
