Well, I had a nap, and no WO. Bummer. I hope I feel good enough tonight to do something active. DH is outside with DDs. I would LOVE to join them but I think that would do me in right now.

Everybody have a relaxing Sunday afternoon? (Except maybe Katie!! Is the birthday boy melting down yet!?;) )

I just finished my hour long pilates and it felt great. My menu is better since TTOM came. I think that I'm developing PMS. A few days before TTOM I eat like crazy and is very emotional. But once "it" comes I'm fine, except for the hyper-energy-can't-sleepmax drama.

Jenn let me know if I should buy the book ;-) you know I will.

So far so good but it is only 4:30 :)

Hi Everyone!

I have been busy grocery shopping, cleaning, paying bills, and preparing dinner. I did spend about 20 minutes reading but other than that it has been go go go.

Katie, enjoy your cake. I bet Collin will enjoy his birthday.
Steph, the gala sounds like it was fun. Hope you feel better.
Kate, hope you get over the dinner drama and can relax a little this evening
Robin, did you finish the science projects? I can't believe you get energy at TTOM. I am just the opposite - I am so tired it is hard to get through the day.
Shirl, did you get a chance to snowshoe?
Jenn, Enjoy Hilton Head! I don't have Pure Strength either so I am going to use Gym Style. I can't justify another strength workout after buying STS.

no workout - rest day. Did stretch max segment 1

l: leftover chicken parm w/ broccoli&cauliflower
s: cantaloupe, celery
d: pot roast (not sure of the sides yet.)

I can't believe the weekend is almost over. I am finally going to finish my book. It is called Joy at Work and it is about a different style of management that will make your job more rewarding and satisfying.

Hi Colleen (buzzy bee) and we are done with my son's easy science project (which drinks have more sugar).
My daughter's project is a little harders she is doing the topic "Cleaner Car Fuel and the future of our enviroment".

Hello again!! Birthday party is OVER, house is CLEAN again, and mama is ready to CRASH for the day! I am baking brownies now for Collin to take to school tomorrow, and then I have to get us packed up to head home (we are still at Chris's).

I can't wait til we can stay at one house ALL the time!! Just about 6 more weeks!

Robin, Glad you enjoyed Pilates. I have 2 DVDs that I've never even opened. Maybe sometime this week.

Colleen, Sounds like your book will be a relaxing end to a busy day.

Katie, Glad the day went well. It would be hard juggling between 2 homes.

I've felt pretty good since dinner. I've gotten a lot of house cleaning done and going down now to WORKOUT!!! Some type of circuit. Need to torch some MAJOR cals! Wooh! The 1st week of pg eating and WOs were great. Since then - hardly any working out and carb-city. I feel really gross. Hurry up, 2nd trimester!!!

I did a 4DS premix - HIS circuit.
It was good and it feels so good to workout.
I totally took it for granted before. I'm feeling so soft and mushy and I hate it!!
