Good morning ladies, sorry I was MIA for most of the day yesterday. It was a crazy day, i'll try to do better today.

I'm out of the office today and tomorrow for a training -- glad for the break, but dreading what will be waiting for me when I return!

I will be taking healthy snacks, not sure what they will feed us:confused:

My upper bod has some DOMS. My w/o will be straight cardio on my DD stepper.

My eating plan is going very well and I've lost 1.5#. :)

Menu...not sure my birthday boy is home with me.

Hi Everyone!

Sorry I never made it back but my day exploded. My client won't sign off on my implementation this weekend unless I can provide them with additional test output that we don't have. I have a dedicated team trying to figure that out, but we it needs to be resolved by tomorrow.

w/o was 4DS HIS, Chest & Back

b: oatmeal w/ almonds
s: 1/2 clif bar
rest of day is tbd.

I hope to make it back to catch up on personals!

Kate, I hope your training goes well. Good idea to take healthy snacks.

Colleen, good luck getting the test output you need. That kind of stuff sends me straight into super-stress-out mode. I know I shouldn't let stuff at work get to me, but it often does. I'm working on it, though.

And, I did it AGAIN! I got up early and did a Timesaver workout this morning. I might do 4DS next week, as I really only have 4 days to work out. We're leaving for T-Day on Wednesday afternoon/evening.

Eats were good last night--DH made baked barbecue chicken, brown rice and steamed veggies. Has anyone noticed that I don't tell you what I eat for lunch? That's my downfall, just about every day. I'm going to be better today, though! (I hope.)

Morning ladies,

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. We were gone all day - it was crazy. Eats weren't so good - ate out for both meals. I did get to the gym for a total conditioning class but was called out about 40 minutes into it b/c Ellie wet her pants in the childcare so I had to go take care of that. Bummer. Then I took the girls swimming. At least I got to the major body parts (legs, bis, tris, back, chest) just no shoulders or abs.

This morning I was going to go to a 9 a.m. step class but Ellie slept until 8:30 and I figure they could probably use a day at home. I might do one of my mom's firm workouts later or go to the gym in the evening. Or I might just be lazy...

Klaudia, how do you figure out your body type? I've been trying to lift heavy for the past 2 years and it just really hasn't worked for me. I've bulked up in weird places but just not really toned up or slimmed down. I have settled on doing circuit training but I still get drawn into heavy lifting sometimes. My body type is weird. I'm "little" in that I have a pretty small frame so when I gain weight (even the slightest bit), I look really overweight. I was in the best shape when I was doing the firm a few years ago but that was also pre-kids. Any thoughts?

Katie, I checked yesterday's thread - sorry Collin was such a pill. Those days are rough. Annabel actually put herself to bed last night - she was so tired. So we're hanging out here today. I think she needs a rest.

Kate, your baking always gives me mom guilt. :) I need to do more stuff like that with my kids. I just lack the patience!

Colleen, you're making me miss 4DS! I want to do it again. I miss all my Cathe WOs!

Robin, how was your son's bday? I hope you guys had a good day. I can't imagine my kids being 12! ^5 on the 1.5 lbs lost! Keep up the good work! I have no idea what I weigh. Think I'll wait until we move to even look.

Anne, great job with the early workouts. I want to get timesavers! I'd love to check them out. I want them all...

OK. Went to this store called Lucy yesterday (www.lucy.com) - they have AWESOME WO clothes. Check it out - super expensive but really nice quality!

Time to make bfast for the girls - they're getting impatient!!

Hello!

Just got done with a Health and Wellness committee meeting for the girls' school. The principal wants us to implement an Anti-Bullying campaign. If anyone has any ideas, please share them.

Today's workout is S&H Back and a 30 minute run. I hope I can do it. I started feeling sick last night-thick throat, stuffy nose, etc. Weights should be ok, it's the cardio I'm worried about. Well, I think my eats should be ok now that all the candy I like is gone!

Angie, there are three basic bodytypes from what I've read: Ectomorph (hard time gaining weight/muscle, etc), Mesomorph (gain muscle easy) Endomorph ( curvy, more body fat). If you go to www.bodybuilding.com they have a test to help you determine your type. www.bodybuildingpro.com has really good definitions and examples of each. And you can be a combination of types, too. Confusing, no? Check out www.muscleandfitnesshers.com after the other articles. They had a sample workout for each body type. And I love Lucy!:) Their clothes are so cute.

Kate, thanks for Danica's well wishes! Her concert was a success. She's such a diva-loves the spotlight to be on her ALL the time:) Kinda hard with 2 other kids in the house.

I'm home from Wally World. I just brought my DS X-box 360 with warranty. He really wanted that other game system that cost $400 but we compromised. He is doing very well in school and he is only getting nerf toys for Christmas. Also he want me to make his cake. Boys can be sweet.

hi everyone - busy day!

i did gym style legs floor work and squeeze this am and swam for an hour - 1 more day until reecheck. i have a feeling i will be in the pool for another 2 weeks:( i hope not though. eats are awsome, and i am down almost 1lb. my mil is really helpful, so i am quite grateful.

I'm home, exhausting day (mentally, not physically). Unfortunately, there is a frozen pizza in the oven. Eats were good today otherwise.
