Colleen, I am jealous of your dinner date with DH! Sounds fun.

Steph, did you sleep better last night. I sure hope so!

I hit the snooze too many times this morning, but it will be fine -- I can still get in a solid 45 of cardio. Maybe I will do IMAX2 intervals until the time is up -- I bet I can get thru most of it.

Here is the rotation I am planning, starting Mon 6/30, and ending a few days before the RT. Tell me what you think...

a) cardio (30 mins)/s&h chest
b) cardio (30 mins)/s&h back
c) lb (30 mins)/s&h shoulders
d) cardio (30 mins)/s&h triceps
e) cardio (30 mins)/s&h biceps
f) cardio (30 mins)/lower body (60 mins)

Am I nuts?

Yesterday was very very clean, today should be more of the same. This afternoon I must go to a Domestic Violence Task Force meeting, and they ALWAYS have candy floating around, but I will take almonds. I won't eat any candy. Menu-
b cereal
s fruit, bar
l chicken, veggies, and wg pasta
s fruit, almonds
d something with g. beef, not sure...
 
Katie, thanks for asking - no lifting for Mike, no CS for me. Wish it was because of sexmax, but it was ToothDrama for Gina. She lost ANOTHER tooth last night! She called me into their room as we were about to do our workouts. She was bleeding so much and totally freaking out about her tooth having to come out. It was DANGLING and really disgusting. It took about an hour to wiggle that sucker out and we were exhausted so we just went to bed. She looks SO CUTE though! There are 3 teeth missing in a row on the top and it is adorable! I love it! ...Your WO today and WOs next week look great! Good menu and almond plan too!

Payroll day for me and the Durango has some recall work to be done so we'll be gone for most of the day. FOr dinner we'll be at my grandma's for turkey feast then we go to bible study. It's going to be a loooong day!

My eating has been about as far from clean as it gets, I haven't been working out and I feel completely scattered and just plain blech. Yay PMS and stress!

Sorry I haven't been checking in. Work has been crazy, life has been crazy.

I'll try to get back later, but I do check up on y'all when I can!:)
 
Shelley, hang in there!! I was there a few weeks ago, right after my wedding. You WILL get back to it, just hold on!

IMAX 2 was awesome -- I got thru interval 8 before it was time to shower. Weight was down two pounds this morning, that's good! After IMAXing, and today's continued clean-eating and water, it should be down more tomorrow.

I think I will go to Target at lunch today and buy some ankle weights. I haven't been able to find mine since the move.

katie 5 days of cardio? What ever floats your boat. I like to do only 3 days of 45 min cardio. Do you have CTX? There is 5 days of 1/2 hour cardio which is fun.

I did not sleep well but was able to get my w/o done. I did 4DS triceps and CS. I need more, more, more of CS b/c I can't get enough. Which CS do you ladies have?

Robin, You're making me want CTX! I'll wait though....maybe! Glad you like CS so much. I have a bunch of them - the AIS/Full Body Vol 1. Also Full Body 2, Essentrics, and the Season 4 (26 episodes all about 1/2 hr. each). AIS is my all-time fave though. I ove the lsat 15 min of seated stuff. ahhhh! Good job w/ eats y'day!

I am NOT satisfied with my skimpy breakfast so I'm packing some grapes for our errands. Slogging my water down too....

I'm still wicked sick, slept better though last night (thanks for asking Katie!). I kept waking up all sweaty though, sexy :)

Katie, that is a ton of cardio, you may get tired from it. I cant wait for the RT now, but i realize its only a few weeks away now and i have nothing to wear!

Kate, Tooth drama (TD) sounds awful. But grandma's house sounds lovely. Busy day is right, take it easy. Having Christian home has been a nightmare for me, he doesnt look at the me the same way anymore..that's the hardest thing for me i think.

Shelley, you can post 'dirty'foods too you know, those are actually the better ones to post :)

Robin, no sleep and workout, good for you. I have CS total body, intense stretch for athletes, lower body, and abs.

I was supposed to have my last session with Rouven tonight, but its the soccer game with Germany playing, so it wont be until Monday. I'm thinking about Imax 3 and some core. I have a wicked cough, dont know if heavy breathing is a good idea.

I am exhausted this morning. I am tired of my allergies and I wish they would just go away! Ugh! Will be a kind of busy day at work since Wednesday is meeting day :) I hope to have some time to relax tonight.

Steph, take a rest! I am getting excited for the RT too and need to get some new workout clothes. Too bad we can't get together for a pre-RT shopping trip.
Kate, congrats to Gina on another lost tooth. Sorry it was so much drama.

Colleen I feel like the whole house is broken. The outer part of my roof is broken, again. It's those squirels who keep breaking the same part of the roof.:(

On a happy note I've been eating clean so far and drinking lots of water. My kids came with me to work so I have a little help ;-) since my co-worker called in again.

I had a great eating day.

I didn't want to get up this morning so no workout happened.
