well, i have to admit to having a hard day. dh and i are squabling. he is stressed i have no job and the economy sucks. he is also not meant to be a sahd, and he cannot go back to work until late this week or next week, so he is frustrated and irritable. of course that translates into me not doing anything right. so, i am managing my stress, but i did reach for food today. i had a few too many nuts, 3 mini peppermint patties, and a skinny cow ic sandwich. it did not help that our fridge broke, so we had no clean food. but, what could have spiraled stopped. what do you guys think? too much damage? i really want to nix these 5 lbs or so. i need to get rid of the excuses. i just am sick of calling for jobs and hearing everyone say the same thing, "the economy is really tough right now...." i did my back and bis - kate, you asked which - i am doing the ones from ff's jan rotation where you add one set to each 2 set exercise. the bis really killed me. but it was better than eating
