Morning! Kids are at camp and I'm supposed to be working (my usual story, ha) but the server is down so I had guilt free workout time. I did GS back, shoulders and biceps- did a set of 15 pull ups at the beginning and end of the back portion and added another set to any 2 set exercise. I really burned out everything, especially the biceps. Then since I had time, I did the 4 hi/lo sections from SJP. Good stuff.
Kate: LOL at Mike and Cathe abs- Jeff is much much stronger (and hotter

) since doing STS but her ab work just kills him. It's funny b/c he has the nicer abs of the two of us (hello pregnancy and stretchy skin) but I can kick his butt on any ab work. That's why I love to do it with him so I can laugh.

And um, maybe you are crazy on the canoe.

It sucks- I find that I just don't bounce back as quickly from things these days. Just think if we didn't exercise how crappy we would feel.
Angie: I would have picked pizza too- ick on the salad. I loved your pic on FB- every time Max sees the Disney castle he tells me he wants to go there.
Nina: Sorry amiga for drama. I'm happy you got your run in, so at least you had some personal head space. Resist stress eating today- you can do it!
Colleen: Eleven is entirely too late to be working but I know you know that. Anyway, way to drag it out and do the wo this morning. I love doing that first thing in the morning when I have a crazy busy day ahead- makes me feel like I got on up on the world.
