angie, everyone's body is different, that is for sure. try the heavier lifting. i do love it. that said, i do not do it lower body b/c frankly, my lower body gets enough with the impact cardio.

upperbody done - 4ds ctsx2!! had 100 cal pack of popcorn, and cravings gone. plus, dh is on his way home, so we can go sledding together. it will be a clean dinner of grilled scallops, salad, and maybe quinoa and black beans, if i can figure out how to wash the quinoa without a fine mesh seive

dh is leaning more toward getting out of the military. i am excited but very very scared too. i love the financial and insurance security. there are so many what ifs. but i do know if we stay in, life will be complete upheval for the next 6 years. not sure that is good for our marriage or kids, kwim? urgggg. cannot think anymore
