I just got back from volunteering in Milla's class. My dad showed up to babysit with doughnuts-again! Thank goodness Darrin was still home to take care of them for me

Today's workout is S&H Back, pulls ups, and a 30 minute run. Let's see how it goes.
Katie, I wish I could do flyes with 30#s! I used them for 3 sets of bench presses. I hope you fell better soon.

Robin, what kind of results have you gotten with the KB training? I've been interested in trying them for the past three years-even found a few trainers in the area, but have been intimidated by the price. But if the results are worth it, I'll definitely be giving them a try.
Anne, I would've stayed home too! Good job on getting a workout in anyway. I'm going to incorporate some step back into my rotations after my 5k.
