I made these yummy peanut butter balls this afternoon. Mix 3/4 c. plain oats with 1/2 c. peanut butter. Freeze for 1 hour. Enjoy! You can also dip them in melted chocolate before you freeze them but I skipped that step. The recipe calls for mixing 1 T. of honey in the oats & pb but I left that out. I suspect it would help them "gel" a little better, but I didn't mind them crumbly. Super healthy, super yummy. The girls wolfed 'em down!

I ate too manu pb balls and now I'm not even kinda hungry to eat dinner with the fam. I HATE when this happens!

I won't want to eat dinner later either because I hate to eat a meal after normal dinner hours.

I have to do payroll tonight AND I really want to do my lifting. How am I gonna fit everything in?! And the office is totally tore apart because of the painters so it's going to take 2x as long to get anything done in there. GR! Send me to bed!

Good news -- my house is clean (and I didn't have to do it!!) Bad news -- I have a wicked sore throat. Not sure what is up with that...

I did very well with eating today. I wrote down my food and I had about 1650 calories. Next week I go out of town for a work conference, and I know my eating will be s**t while I am gone. I am thinking of dropping my cals to 1450-1500 for a couple weeks to see if I can shed 2 or 3 pounds. Do you think that is too low when you are lifting heavy?
 
Glad you have a clean house Katie! Isn't it awesome to come home to a spotless abode? I love it! Glad you had a good eating day! Sounds a bit low to go to 1500 cals but I am by no means an expert. I think I'd be starving and then binge like crazy.

Fam is eating dinner...I ate some watermelon while I cut it up. Not sure on the rest of the night. :(

Katie, I am glad you came home to a clean house! I love that feeling. I hope your sore throat is just allergies and your not getting sick. I didn't catch the pb when I read Kate's post. Thanks for pointing it out.
I think going below 1500 calories is too low when you are lifting heavy. I agree with Kate that I would binge like crazy.
Kate, gross post earlier! I had pork for dinner last night. I did watch a show where they showed how pigs live and it is so sterile that you have to wear a jumpsuit to go in so you don't spread any germs. I guess that is what we get for genetically engineering our food. I'll have the vegetarian meatballs with my WW Pasta tonight.
I am sorry you are having a really bad day {{{HUGS}}} I hope you can get payroll done early and get to bed. Maybe you can have part of a Clif Bar or something for a snack?
Shirl, glad you found something to suppress your appetite. I hate it when I have a hungry day.
Today was much more subdued compared to yesterday and I am glad for that. I didn't need any more drama. Off to make dinner.
 
No WO tonight. Long story (payroll, stray cat DDs fell in love with (me too!), DDs COVERED in wet sand) but the biggest issue is I was having a few braxton hicks contractions and my belly is really sore now. It feels bruised all over. It's happening more and more. The joys of a 3rd pg, the midwife says. She says its normal but boy, is it uncomfortable!

Interesting about your pig story too. Read everything with a grain of salt, but yikes! Those stories freak me out.
