It is 4:50 am and I couldn't be happier to be awake! I slept great, and now I am up for an extra-long workout! Since I work for the court system, and courts are closed today, so it my office, so NO WORK FOR ME TODAY!! I have some errands to run, a dentist appointment, some cleaning to do, and OF COURSE a nap -- my FAVORITE hobby!
Workout this morning will be Kick Max warm up and combos 1, 2, and 3, then 4DS Kickbox (cardio & weights). I'm so excited!!
Food will be good today, I SWEAR. I am participating in the fruits and veggies challenge in OD.
