fight with dh

eating has reflected that - oh i wish i did not stress eat.
b-eggwhites and salsa on low carb tortilla, fiber 1, bananna
s- too much soynut butter and 2 kashi bars (stress!!!), apple
l-ww roll, zucinni with tomatoe sauce, slice of turkey, yougart
s - 1 piece ic cake, pear, 2 dove minis
i did swim for an hour,but i hate it when i do not eat clean - the last week ahs been so good too.

robin, i'd like to drop 5 but it is probably too much for me - i will settle for 3!

anne, i am a morning exercise addict - i can run 10 miles in the am (when i do not have a broken foot!), but would struggle with 5 in the afternoon. you gotta do what works, though. i am trying to be flexible right now until i can do more impact cardio as cannot go swim at 5 am and leave my little ones.
okay, must go pick up kiddos - wish me luck with my crutches. also, must keep it clean for the rest of the day as i cannot undo what i have done
