###Clean & Tidy Thursday###

It's almost Friday.
This weekend is my cousin Irene and my DD B-day. I hope it does not rain so that we can have a BBQ. I guest I'll give them both money but my DD wants a new cell phone.

Today's w/o will be Amy's ASC3...let's see if I can make it thru to combo3.

Whoa, where is everyone this morning? I'm used to waking up to a longer discussion!

Yesterday was a horrible day. Ryan had a good day at work so we went out to celebrate and since we didn't have much time ended up driving through Carl's Jr. So, overall it was a YUCKY eating day.

I'm doing a bible study with some friends and one of the things we're talking about is giving up something (like lent) in the spirit of the way Daniel refused to be "defiled" by the king's table's food. I'm considering giving up some sort of food but feel like I have to be more specific than "junk food." It's for a 5 week period...

Anyway, today's WO will be Muscle Endurance. I don't think I've ever done it - not even the Fit TV version. When I was doing Fit TV a lot, I was working toward heavy weight lifting so I didn't really consider it.

Eats will be clean today because I feel like junk.

ME is a hard one so enjoy your w/o Angie. I often give up fried foods and chocolate for lent.

My w/o was ok b/c I still did not keep my heart rate up b/c I got confused with the step moves. I guest it will take practice.

Robin, I hope the birthday festivities go well. DD wants a cell phone, huh??? Does she also want the monthly bill???!!:p Good job on ASC3. I still need to work on 2.

Angie, Hope you like ME! I love that one! It's been good during this pregnancy - easily modified where needed. Sorry for the junky food day - good luck on giving things up.

Eats are so-so today. I'm at the point where I feel enormous and don't care, but trying to still make good choices. Tongiht we're going to in-laws for bday dinner for my BIL. (I don't wanna go!!!!!!!!!) We'll be leaving early to get Gina to bed on time. AND AND AND - Isabel starts preschool tomorrow!!!!!

If I get to WO today it will be some cardio while Isabel sleeps. I haven't lifted all week :mad:- looking forward to doing it Fri/Sat, hopefully!
 
OK, ME done. Sort of. I didn't do the ab portion. I had ridiculous amounts of interruptions during my WO today. Ellie is potty training and came down once to go potty and then had an accident so I had to clean the floor. My phone also rang 3 times and Ellie also came down about once per exercise to ask me a question of one form or another. I'm just proud I got through as much as I did. It's a good WO. I had done it before but I hated the Fit TV version because it wasn't nearly as comprehensive. Is there another total body endurance training workout like it? I think it's exactly what I'm looking for.

Robin, I know my girls are going to want cell phones much earlier than I'll be ready to give them to them. I want to try Amy's WOs one of these days. I'm still working through Cathe's though!

Kate, I totally understand feeling unmotivated. Just keep it healthy for little Julia. :)

Angie, OOOOOO I HATE getting my WO's interrupted - which is why I usually do them in the evening, esp. wieghts. For total body I really like Push/Pull and Supersets. It comes on one DVD. Both are an hour or less and get the job done nicely!

Wow what a busy morning. I am finally caught up and getting ready for my afternoon meetings. Then I will try to get some work done.

Angie, good job making it through the workout despite the interruptions. When I give up junk food, I try to pick my favorite and give it up. Usually it is chocolate or ice cream.
Kate, sorry you haven't had a chance to lift this week. Isabel starts preschool on a Friday? I have never heard of that.
Robin, a cell phone? that's really expensive and a big commitment. I hope the weather is nice this weekend. They are forecasting rain here. Have you done the powerups in ASC3? I have a hard time jumping over the step.
Steph, good luck with the appraisal.

Colleen, Glad your day is slowing down a bit. Your lunch was my girls' favorite. That's what they get every time we got there. Preschool starts on a Friday to give the kids an hour there with their parents and then MOnday it "officially" starts. Sounds like you had a great WO! Hope DH makes you somehting good for dinner!

I just did LS 4-mile interval walk. Now I'm hungry!:mad: Must. Resist. Ice Cream.:eek:
 
Hey ladies, CRAZY DAY, but I am alive and surviving!! Dinner is on the stove right now -- skillet spinach ricotta lasagna, never made it before, pretty clean I think. It smells sooooo good -- i'll let you know how it tastes.

WO this morning was GS C&T -- I struggled!
 
Katie, Let us know how dinner turns out! Even ATTEMPTING those pushups is something to celebrate - good for yoU!
