Kate, i'm soooo drooling over your apple bread. Apples and cinnamon must be my favorite pairing of all time!! I love pumpkin too, with nutmeg, now dont make pumpkin bread or i might freak out!! You have a busy day ahead, im glad you're able to eat cereal again too

Robin, Cathe does have a rotation posted. I think its 3 or 4 circuits per week. I think circuits are a total efficient workout, you might have a great idea here with a circuit rotation!! I found grapenuts at my supermarket too!

I have so many home reno projects to do this summer! Has anyone refinished furniture before? I inherited a great dining table from my MIL, needs to be totally done, and stained?
