I added a few apple slices and some pb to my lunch..mmmmm. Can be hard to keep portion-controlled on pb but I did!

Kate, everyone is different, and with us, nothing is TMI!
3 things help move the bowels along, fibre, fluid and movement. Without one of these things, it can cause constipation or make it worse. You workout and have tons of water, maybe the fibre is the answer. Raw fruits and veggies give the best type of fibre for this proble, the other is called soluble and it helps more with diarrhea. Maybe add 2 tablespoons of all bran or bran buds to your chex in the morning? Or fibre one cereal/with milk, not the bar kind, the milk will act as a fluid. 1/2 cup will give you 14 more grams of fibre.

Robin, all of those are 'protein' absorbtion, kind of post workout muscle growth stuff...not sure there is a lot of evidence out there!!

Kate, thanks for sharing you problem with us. I sometimes get a little backed up from hormonal changes but usually I am pretty regular.
Shirl, did not realize that Tracey's presale was starting today. I have already preordered Amy's and I will look at Tracey's when I get home.
Robin, gluasmine (sp?) is for joint issues I think. I have a friend with knee problems who takes it. Not sure about the others.

I had some people cancel meetings on me this afternoon so I will probably leave here around 5. It will be nice to get home early tonight.

I really regret the bagel this morning - I was so bloated. I guess that is why I stopped eating them :)

Colleen, 5 is leaving EARLY?? On a FRIDAY??? And you started early today too! Hope you get a relaxing weekend. Sorry about the bagel. I haven't had one in years for the same reason.

For my PM snack I had a couple of pieces of leftover pineapple and a slice of toasted 9-grain bread. Downing the water now so it pushes things thru!:p :7
 
Steph, Not sure what your plans are tonight (is tomorrow you hotel night?), but we'll be around all night (except for my workout from 8-9). Call me and Mike can get your toilet troubles solved!
 
Well, my dinner was yucky. I used a super-lean ground beef and it was dry and tough - gross. DH wants ice cream - hellllllllpp meeee!

Decided to do Bar tonight. Steph, I did D.Sculpting. I really liked it. Burr says 3x/wk. How often do you do it?

Thanks for the plumbing offer, i'm so wiped, DH decided to go out, so i'm alone...figures right?
I do bar now 1x/week, i do Classical the other. I'm so happy you liked it, i love them both. I was thinking about doing it another time, so 2x. I think Burr thinks 3x is for folks who dont exercise otherwise maybe. You'll feel it in your arse tomorrow.
