Klaudia, omg my family makes comments too about me working out "too much". I don't know what their criteria is for that ????? My mom recently told me about a report on the news that working out too hard (or too much) is bad for someone in 40's & 50's .....and I said "what's considered hard ?" and she said "what you do".
She doesn't even KNOW my workouts.......so I don't know how she figured that ...??
I am PROUD of what I do. and I do not think it's over the top. An hour a day, 5 or 6 days a week ?? I don't think so.
Also I've had on and off back problems (a couple bulging discs - for one thing) and both the doctor AND chiropractor I saw said I needed to add BULK to my abs to support my back. Well, the last time I went to my gyn, I was laying flat and he was feeling my belly area and he said JEEZ ! WHAT do you do ? And I asked what he meant and he said "your abs are strong as a rock !" He wanted to know my workouts and when I left he said "Keep doing what you're doing !!!"
So. THERE !

Anyway, that was a long-winded story. Sorry about that. It just gets me worked up that I hear negative comments for trying to live a healthy life-style . *yes, I get comments about how I eat too*

Tomorrow is Braydens 4th birthday (sweet little GS) and I am making a Candyland cake .
