Starting Sunday I'm back on the workout wagon. I might add extra cardio to the weight workouts if time prevails.

My menu
b-nutrigrain waffles
s-almonds and string cheese
l- ww ravoli and bag of chips(small)
s-luna bar
d- we are going out to eat. It will most likely be chinese or pizza.

Jenn, Since you've got a hard scheule right now, what about following a rotation that allowed for 2 rest days? That way you wouldn't feel so bad for an extra rest day?

I need to go scrounge something up - I think baked potatoes... doesn't get easier than that!

I had a power-nap - doing much better now.
 
Kate I usually end up giving myself two rest days every week. I'm still working up to 6 days a week.

Next week will be better because I am on my normal work schedule. My boss asked me if I wanted to come in early tomorrow (6:30am) so now that is out for working out. DSD has a party in the afternoon and then a scout sleep over in the evening so it will be a lot of running after work and I'm sure I will be tired.

Dinner won't be for a while so I just ate some dried cherries and nuts...mmmm

OK my cheat meal is a slice of pizza, popcorn and diet soda. Oh man that pizza is going to taste so good.:9 Ok maybe 2 slices.

One hour of cardio tomorrow for sure.
 
Robin, when someone takes a drug screen in my office, it is almost always observed, and our cups have a temp strip on them so we know it came from the person's body. It is IMPOSSIBLE to make a substitute sample the right temp, but they try!!

Kate, you make me want to try Classical Stretch, but I don't seem to be able to keep consistent with any stretching routine. I would hate to spend the money and then night like it.
 
I just finished CS Essentrics Upper Body/Abs. It was good. Need to do it again to *love* it but I will definetly keep doing it. The Essentrics and the TV series WO's are all only 30 min each, where the other CS's I had a almost an hour. I can definetly stertch for 30 min a day. Hooray! Can't wait to do more!

Katie, Just keep up with whatever stretch tapes you have. Stretching is stretching and it always feels great.

Kate, I could totally eat some ice cream tonight! But I won't!! I realized a little bit ago that I have eaten out almost every day this past week, AND had some sort of dessert each day. I NEED TO STOP!

He's conked out and I'm wide awake doing office work on a stinkin' Friday night....yes, I'm a little bitter.

Maybe I'll go do another new CS.

Hi Everyone!

I had hoped to be back before now, but the day just got away from me. I am exhausted, my legs are fried and I am ready to go to bed. Just a few more things to do and then I am climbing into bed. DH is sleeping through the night so I should have a good night's sleep.

Kate, sorry you are working on a Friday night. At least you won't have to do it much longer. Where do you order CS from?
Katie, I am starting my eating out streak. Started last night and goes until Sun., then out again Tues. I have resisted dessert but my meals have not been clean. I am sending you willpower vibes
Jenn, when I miss a lot of workouts, I just pick up where I left off, or if it is just a day, I will double up (if that's feasible).
Robin, I had a giant slice of NY pizza when I was in NY last weekend. It was sooo goood! You can't get pizza like that here.
