Today's w/o MIS which is a looooog w/o 75 minutes.
I just got my Fitness magazine and it has an article called Doctor Approved Crash Diets. :( I'm starting not to like this magazine.

It also has a slow-cooker suppers recipe article...which looks interesting.

Hi Robin - guess we are the only ones so far today. Doctor approved crash diets? are they crazy? I switched to Women's Health because I got tired of the crazy articles in other magazines. Let us know how the slow-cooker recipe works out.

No w/o today - rest day

Hey Robin - Where is everybody????!

I agree w/ you on Fitness mag. I'm not likin' most of 'em lately. Same old info over and over. I stay up too late reading stuff that I know & have read many many times before. Definetly not renewing / need to find time to cancel them.

Good menu / good workout, btw.

My day: not so clean. We had unexpected company come to stay the night last night so I didn't get my wo in yesterday...big bummer. And today was most unclean.

b - eggs, banana ....and a slice of homemade crumb cake (boy, was it good)
no snack
l - taco salad (clean, lots of veggies, salsa) ....desert...Dark Choclate Fudge Pudding Cake. It's this really wierd recipe that you pour boiling water over the batter, bake it, and it comes out like cake on the edges and warm pudding in the middle. Yeah, and a scoop of choc. ice cream, because you need something cool to go on the warm, right? My serving wasn't huge but I sure didn't need it. Why do I have to be such a good baker?!:p :+
d - Recovery....not sure yet. Very clean for sure.

Hoping to do HSC. Need a good calorie burner. Maybe Drill Max premix of some sort.

Can you believe we might be getting our workouts as soon as Tuesday?! I'm so excited!

Hello ladies, my weekend eating was no so great. Plus no workouts either day for me. Humph.....x(

I will do my best to get back on track tomorrow, but I am throwing a brunch in my office tomorrow as an (early) Boss's Day celebration. We will be having muffins, scones, cookies, and a fruit/yogurt/granola concoction.

Can't wait to see what the scale has to say to me tomorrow morning...x(
 
K-K-K Katie - (Did anybody ever sing this song to you? My dad used to all the time) Sorry about your weekend - you have my sympathies and my company. Whew! Good luck at the brunch! I'm trying to think of what to do for my "boss" (also my FIL) - probably peanut butter cookies (his fave). What do you get for the man who has EVERYTHING and anything he wants he already has? Food, of course! If anyone has any ideas I'll gladly take them!

Don't weigh yourself Katie!!!! You'll probably have gained water weight and a few days of good, clean eating will knock it right off. I haven't weighred myself in a while - I know my favorite jean skirt fits good right now and that's good enough for me.....although I would like my other favorite jean skirt to fit better.....

I had Kashi & an apple for supper. Followed by HSC and some cashews. So glad that there were no desert leftovers!
