Trixie I understand about not buying anything new until the 4 day split comes in the mail. I've been waiting for three months.
I love the high step Challenge & training but the high step circuit is for beginners.

w/o Muscle Max and I would love to do the 9 minute Challenge from Rhythmic Step. I'll see how much energy I have LOL.
b- whole wheat pancakes :9 :9 not so clean but different
s- fruit smoothie 1 cup (blueberries and strawberries)
l- turkey and salad
d- pork tenderloin and warm apples slices (no sugar I promise :+ )
s- tea
