Well yesterday night was a nightmare. I ate one slice of pizza and two chicken wings....no salad :-( :-(
Today is a new day. I went grocery shopping and pick up some chocolate protein bars "Pure Protein c/ 20g of protein, 170 cal, 17g of carbs. It's not a great but it will due when I have nothing planned to eat or I'm in a hurry, like this morning.
Today Plan: (60-80 oz of water)
B- protein bar, diet coffee
S- mango
L- green salad and sardines
S- fruit
D- whole wheat pasta, turkey meat balls
Andrea- good idea...dark chocolate, sorry that your lost some of your workouts
Colleen- sorry about your car but I'm glad you wasn't hurt
Jess- english muffins, sause, cheese sounds like something my kids would love to make
Stephanie-...unsweetened dark chocolate taste like Belgium (sp?) dark chocolate...the best in the world :9
