Well I'm back to work and back to 5 a.m. w/o.
Today I did 40 mins of power walking with itread and core max 3.
Menu:
B-kashi
S- nuts
L- tuna and salad
S-popcorn
D- beef and carrots & collards
S- fruit
Guess what I drop 1# and 1/2 inch off my lower abds.
