Clean & Tidy Monday -- & Wedding Dress Pics!!

I know it's not quite Monday yet, but I wanted to post the pictures!!

It is a beautiful strapless satin dress with an a-line skirt, chapel train. There is rouching/gathering at the side that makes me look SKINNY -- these pics don't do me justice, my friend SWEARS because she was below me when she look the pictures. There is beautiful beading also -- the pattern of the beading almost looks like embroidery.

What do you think?
 
Also, I am definitely in for the weekly weight-in. I don't care whether it's Monday or Friday -- I weigh every day :):blushing::). My weight will ALWAYS be lower on Friday than Monday, but it's whatever.
 
Another Monday -- yay! And I am up at the crack of dawn once again...

Today is going to be super busy, so my food is going to be a little off. I have to be in court allllll day today, so I won't have a chance to eat a morning snack. I will eat breakfast, then spend all morning at court. I am going out to lunch with a co-worker, so who knows about that. More court this afternoon, then back to the office (I can probably fit my snack in). I have to leave early -- DF and I have pre-marital counseling at 4 pm, then back to the office for drug screening of another class. Then finally home and probably quickly to bed!!

My weight this morning was 141.5 (pretty average for me, GOOD after a weekend like I had!), workout this morning will be LIC Cardio Blast.

Sounds like you have a busy day ahead! At least you get to tote along some pics to show off. How do you put pics onto a post? There are some I'd like to put up but have no idea how. Do you just cut and paste?

Here's the ugly truth on my weight: .....139......
At my thinnest/fittest I weighed 123.5. Boy, do I miss that. I was actually too skinny then but I miss the muscle definition. It is AMAZING what stress does to your body. I had no problem keeping my weight down while I wasn't working. Now that I'm back in the family business......grrr... The upside is that there are great days ahead. I thinking "weighing in" w/ you all will help. It's not like I'm obese, or even chubby, but I'm just not what I used to be and that drives me nuts. All of the beautiful clothes I have that I can't wear!!!! Used to be a size 4. Now I'm a small size 8, sometimes 6, but 8 feels better.

My menu:
b - kashi, Honeycrisp apple (I think it;s a MICH. apple - so good!)
s - ??
l - salad of some sort
s - ??
d - ?? DH won't give me any ideas and I'm tired of coming up w/ all of the menu planning.

Wokout: Probably cardios from HIS and LIS. I'd love to do the weights from LIS but my poor DOMS is achin'!

So, there you have it. I WILL be at least 138 by next Monday!

Thanks for the compliments, Kate. How tall are you? It sounds like our weight and size is about the same, but I am SURE that you are taller than me -- I am 5' 1". I have a lot of weight in my boobs and butt, though:p Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining!!

Morning ladies....Monday Monday

It seems like I work harder on the weekend then I do at work.
Weight check in can be done on Mon or Fri, it doesn't matter to me.

I did bootcamp bi and tri yesterday and my bicepts are not sore at all
Next time I will have to go heavier. Today is a rest day for me.

This morning I did not lose or gain any weight.

I'm at work now and I can't veiw the wedding dress pic
:-( They don't let us have any fun at work, so I will view them when I get home.
 
Katie - I'm 5'6". Unfortunately I have no boobs. When I was nursing DD1 my boobs were a DD!!! Now I'm a B, but more like B-, on my way to an A. :-( Hey, at least when I buy new shirts I don't have to worry about them being too tight in the boobs anymore!:) :+
It's nice to put a face w/ a name. - teach us how so we can all post a pic. Of course, ours won't be nearly as glamorous as yours.... (smile)

Katie, Your dress is beautiful and it looks beautiful on you! Oh, how I love weddings! I wish I had a lot of weight in my boobs. lol Good luck in court today. Make sure to drink plenty of water.:)

Kate, I know what you mean about changes in your lifestyle causing changes in your eating habits. I wish my DH would help more with menu ideas. Have fun with HIS and LIS.

Ok, I weighed myself and the scale lied. It said I weigh 138. The last time I weighed myself it said 133. UGHH! My eating has to improve. This weigh in and support is definitely going to help. My goal is to lose 7-9 pounds by the new year. I rarely weigh myself, to avoid seeing the 'damage' of my overeating. Now, I'll be more diligent about what and how much I put in my mouth. Thanks for suggesting a weigh in Kate! Does anyone have any goals for the next 10 weeks?

Hey, Shirl! Glad you're weighing in with us. I know the feeling of the scale lied! My goel is pretty much the same as yours. I don't know what number to put to lose weight. I want to gain some serious muscle back so I know that will keep the number on the scale high but there is definetly a layer of fat to lose on my abs. And hips, and butt etc etc, BUt not my boobs!!! I want to keep what little I have left!

btw - I'm doing great not eating out of boredom or just beacause its there. DH wanted a granola bar on the way to school. After I opened it she didn't want it anymore. x( So I got a baggie to put it away for later for her. I DIDN'T EAT IT! I almost let myself take a bite but I remembered how much I want to lose weight and stuffed it in the bag! Very proud of myself.

Drink tons of water today!!!:D

I weighed myself yesterday and it was 138.5, which is the lowest I have been in a few years. My goal is to get down to 135 before the holidays.

b: shredded wheat w/ almonds
l: arriba salad, and either soup or sandwich, canteloupe
s: strawberries & yogurt, granola bar
d: lean sloppy joes

Good evening! I've done great today!
b - kashi, banana
l - Met a friend at McD so the kids could play. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich w/ tomato and extra lettuce. No sauces. Threw out the bun. 1 bag of apple dippers, threw out the caramel
s - 4 club sticks (I was grocery shopping. DDs wanted them and they're oh so good. But portion control!
d- 1 egg, 2 egg whites, lots of green & red peppers. 1 slice of 9-grain bread. A handful of grapes. I was really hungry. I feel like I could eat more right now but looking at the list of food I ate there is no reason for me to be hungry.

I am so proud of myself. Thinking about posting my weight is very motivating. Looking forward to a good step sweatfest tonight.

Thanks for the input on the dress, ladies!

So I am 5'1" and about 142 pounds usually, about a size 8 to 10. My boobs are a 34 DD, so I definitely have a lot of weight in my bra. I also have a nice thick butt (which I wanna keep).

My food today was not terrible considering my circumstances...

W/O LIC cardio blast
B banana
S half sandwich
L half of a club sandwich, french fries
S none
D other half of club sandwich, pickle, apple slices

So what's it gonna be, Monday or Friday? Or both?

Good job today. It's so hard going out to eat w/ people who aren't clean eaters. What annoys me about kids menus is the lack of healthy sides. Some places are okay but others are bad. We usually end up paying extra to get DDs a baked potato instead of the other stuff.

I just finished LIS & HIS cardios. I was really tired starting the HIS but I pulled it out and finished it. Very proud of myself for today.

DH is sitting right next to me right now eating this ultra-fattening ice cream when HE KNOWS I'm craving something sweet! Grrrr....
