Hey, everybody, thanks for the kind words and warm welcome! I actually got up early (for me) today and exercised before work. I am a total and complete sleepyhead, so this was a great accomplishment. I love getting my workout in first thing in the morning, but it's so hard for me to get out of bed that it's very rare. I'm going to work really hard on getting back into that habit. When I exercise most every day, I just feel so much better in general. I just did the cardio portion of LIS from 4DS, but it felt great to get the body moving again. I've been such a slug lately, but I'm getting back on track.
Tap class last night was very fun. I have this fantastic teacher who pushes us, but not too much. She's very encouraging and when I say things like, "You know I can't do crossover drawbacks," she replies, "No, I don't know that, just try it. Get the motion going and the sounds will come." I just love her.
Katie--I'm glad Collin liked tumbling. I used to do that as a kid and it was so fun! I miss just rolling around on the floor. Great workout today, too!
Robin--I'm so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how tough that is. As for crock pot recipes, I did a quick Google search and found this site:
http://www.crock-pot-recipes.info/. I didn't look at any of the recipes, though, so I don't know how good they sound.
Kate--I hope you and Julia are resting comfortably and all is well. Did Gina and Isabel get to stay home from school today too?
Klaudia--no worries about your workout yesterday. You'll get it done today. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow, right?
Okay, I'm sure I missed some folks--my apologies. I hope everybody has a great day!
