OOOH, Klaudia! I feel for ya! I was a little batty myself this morning, I hadn't planned on errnads but I was about to wring their necks so I decided we'd better get out of the house! :eek: They weren't being bad....just KIDS.....but it was driving me CRAZY!!!
All better now....thank goodness!!
 
Oh yes, when is naptime is a favorite phrase of mine! This afternoon Jeff's cute as a button 16 year old cousin came over to play with the kids for a few hours. Bliss! I did ME abs and a few pull ups and am now working a bit. I love babysitters. :D

Morris: Sorry about FD- that sounds terrible! My advice (which I wish I would follow) when you're hungry and stressed is to go ahead and eat a little extra if you really feel you need it and make it a snack that you like and that is clean. Sometimes I tell myself no no no and then lose it after dinner and eat junk when I would be better off feeding the beast a little bit prior to that. Glad Aidan is OK- yikes!

Klaudia: I like the circuit, total body, HIIT idea for WOs. Or I would do 2 UB, 2 LB, 2 hour long cardios and 2 shorter interval /HIIT WOs.

Local station is playing all MJ today- I know most of the songs. :) I have "We Are the World" in my head now!
 
Good evening everyone, dinner is done, girls are in bed, and I'm headed in that direction very soon. We have a busy weekend ahead so I need to get some rest. Plus, if I don't get up early tomorrow AM to workout, it won't happen!

Lisa, it's crazy how the eating can be such a downward spiral isn't it. I have a hard time keeping myself from going totally out of control once I've "ruined" a day!

Katie, have fun at the wedding but HAVE SO MUCH FUN ON VACATION - will you have email access? I'm so excited for you! Take lots of pics!

Kate, I'm glad to know other people have the same clot issues... it's just a bit disconcerting to lose all that blood. :confused: YAY for 5K part two! I'm going to try to find another one around here maybe toward the end of the summer. I really want to do one. And I love the wide lunges too!

Nina, do you get feedback on all your showings? I used to hate that part of having the house on the market. Sorry dh is leaving again. :( And, ugh, I hate rashes!!! (((HUGS))) on fd!

Patti, I'm on a mission to teach the girls to take one toy out at a time. Today was a success but we'll see how long it lasts. I have a feeling I'll always have to stay on top of it.

Klaudia, LOL on the wake up and head to a time out. Sometimes I just wonder if we need to start that day with a good spanking and get out all the crazies! :eek::rolleyes: My girls miss dance so much! We're trying to find something here but they were both in it in AZ and it was so fun! Oh, and beach WO, write down the cardio segs from bootcamp (the original) - hard stuff!!! no equip!

that is me falling off the wagon:( muffin attacked me and trail mix to boot, after i had a cheat snack of a granola bar i did not need. urgggg. at least it is out of my system, and i have zero cravings. i feel like a slug:( okay, no more wallowing.

patti, love love baby sitters. i really should have one when dh is gone at least once.

Morris: Sending you a huge supportive I've-been-there hug. Man, I hate it when I do that but you are here, you're checking in and feeling like you can get back on track. No worries- that sounds like a pretty small cheat to me. :) Have a nice healthy dinner and don't sweat it.

I'm busy now getting junk to sell. I'm going to sell my old workout VHS for 2$ and DVDs for $5...hey let's make a deal. :cool: My DS is going to sell some of his wrestlers and my DD is selling some of her old cloths. I plan to be out there 6:30 to 11:00 that's it. What ever I don't sell I'll donate.

Quick drive by, it's been a long day. I left at 7:30 this morning and got home at 6:45. But overall it was good. And the heat has abated here! I hate being hot, so I'm very happy.

Thank you all again for your incredibly sweet flowers. They're just beautiful.

I'm too tired for personals, but I hope everybody has a great weekend!

WOO HOO KATE! As an ice cream addict (that is my poison of choice usually) I am especially impressed. Don't you feel terrific??

My legs hurt so bad tonight! Plyo Legs always do that to me. :D
