Hello ladies!
Another late check in. The day just got away from me. I did get my workout in. I did yesterday's S&H legs/planks and two sets each of wide grip pull ups and chin ups. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!
Nothing exciting today-it's just me and the younger ones at home. We're about to have dinner-pasta and broccoli with left over chicken. Tomorrow will be busy-Wellness Committee meeting in the morning, a run/walk at naptime, then I'm getting my hair cut and (maybe) colored. And tomorrow night I'm hoping to go out for a drink with my girlfriends

Saturday is MSU vs. Perdue, a total body workout, and maybe dinner with friends. The girls might be staying the night at my parents. And on Sunday I have a baby shower brunch and another run/walk. Whew! Who knew I was gonna be so busy?!

Robin, how'd your kb workout go? I've been wanting to try them for a couple of years but have't got up the nerve yet. My mom always has warm grapenuts-she loves it that way.
Kate, hope your eats stayed clean. And housework is definitely a workout, especially if you clean the way I think you do
