This afternoon and tomorrow are filling with TONS of appointments.

No real plans for the weekend yet -- Chris works on Saturday, so it's just me and Collin.

I have some ground beef that I need to cook for dinner -- any ideas? Hamburger steak? Spag. with meatballs?

Robin, YUM, that recipe looks so good! I don't have all the ingredients, but I may make that next week.

Kate, Chris and Collin love spag. and meatballs but I rarely make it, so I should make that for them. With some steamed broccoli, YUM!

Hello ladies!

Another late check in. The day just got away from me. I did get my workout in. I did yesterday's S&H legs/planks and two sets each of wide grip pull ups and chin ups. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!

Nothing exciting today-it's just me and the younger ones at home. We're about to have dinner-pasta and broccoli with left over chicken. Tomorrow will be busy-Wellness Committee meeting in the morning, a run/walk at naptime, then I'm getting my hair cut and (maybe) colored. And tomorrow night I'm hoping to go out for a drink with my girlfriends:) Saturday is MSU vs. Perdue, a total body workout, and maybe dinner with friends. The girls might be staying the night at my parents. And on Sunday I have a baby shower brunch and another run/walk. Whew! Who knew I was gonna be so busy?!

Good job on the clean eating everyone!

Katie, hope your dinner turned out good. All your options sounded delish:)

Robin, how'd your kb workout go? I've been wanting to try them for a couple of years but have't got up the nerve yet. My mom always has warm grapenuts-she loves it that way.

Kate, hope your eats stayed clean. And housework is definitely a workout, especially if you clean the way I think you do;)

Hope everyone else is doing well. It's been kinda quiet in these parts lately.
 
Okay, change of plans:confused: SIL invited us for dinner, not sure what she is cooking, but we are going. I didn't really want to go, but didn't have a good excuse not to go and didn't want to be a b****

Hi all,

Just a quick check in. We are in Peoria, IL (Hi Emily!) visiting friends while Ryan works. He leaves for France on Sunday and then the girls and I will be in Chicago with the fams until the end of November. No WOs this week at all... I miss it! Eating has been pretty rough - it's always so hard when we come back "home" because we want to hit all our favorite spots (deep dish pizza, panera bread, etc.). Anyway, hopefully starting next week I should get back into some sort of routine.

I miss you ladies! I can't wait to get back into my cathe routine but I have a feeling it's going to be a month or more!

I'll check in when I can!

Sorry I did not get a chance to check in earlier. Today was much busier than expected. I am glad the week is almost over because I am exhausted.

I GOT TO GO OUT ALONE TONIGHT!!! I went to Kohl's and Meijer! I feel all giddy!:D I raced home before Julia's next feeding but it was so worth it!

Eats were so clean today! I'm on a roll!!! and my abs are WICKED sore from CoreBlast y'day!!! wooooo hooooo!
