Just kicking things off...
Morning ladies,
Yesterday was finally a good day. Eats were good and BM2 was good. Today is muscle endurance.
Had oatmeal and string cheese for bfast. Not sure about lunch. Probably hamburger helper for dinner - does it get much worse? We have lots of meat to use and no spices to cook it with.
Tomorrow I'm going to PF Chang's again so I'll have to keep the eats clean until then.
Katie, sorry your life is so stressful these days. I hope you can get some rest this weekend.
Kate, LOL keep your legs closed. I heard someone recommend a 4th baby yesterday... I agree - you're so good at it!
Robin, I hope you're feeling better today.
So, I know you all are probably going to be doing STS at the start of the year but I was thinking at some point in time it would be fun if we all did the same (or similar) rotation so we'd all be doing the same workouts. I was looking at some of my old threads from when I did p90x and remembering how fun it was that on a particular day, everyone was doing the same workout.
