Good for you, Kate!! When I eat really clean, my weight usually stays about the same, but I can SEE the difference in the mirror -- ie, flat stomach, slimmer hips and thighs, etc. Good for you!!

My voice is still gone, but it doesn't hurt (at least not yet this morning). My foot feels better too, so I may try a workout tonight or tomorrow. I am missing my step cardio.... I feel like I should do a circuit -- maybe LIC?

Hope everyone has a great weekend! I have a 3 day weekend (since Monday is Columbus Day). Anyone else have a 3 day weekend?

Oh one more thing. Last night I was on collagevideo.com and I saw that they expect Cathe new 4day split will be release this Sunday Oct.7. Did anyone hear about this in Cathe forums?

Hi Ladies,

Looks like you've all been busy and doing a great job. It's TTOM, so I haven't been eating the cleanest but my portion control has improved. My workouts have been going well. Tuesday was GS CT plus 15 min. bonus cardio and I taught class in the afternoon, yesterday was a 45 minute bike ride and extra stretching. I just finished GS BSB and I teach class this afternoon.

Robin, I thought Cathe posted October 22nd. I'll have to go back and check.

Ok, I just checked the blog,it says shipping October 15th-19th. Amy's shipping is October 22nd. I've preordered from Cathe, Amy and Tracey and they all should be shipping this month. I can't wait! :)

My days never turn out as planned....I didn't have my risotto thing last night. I ended up with SO, later at night, at a bar partaking in a veggie burger and sweat potatoes fries. Anyway...

pre w/o snack: protein shake with skim milk

post w/o meal: two scrambled eggs, one slice ezekiel bread with natural PB and 8 oz OJ

snack: small fruit bowl

early afternoon: lemon/thyme tilapia, small salad

late afternoon: Amy's Kitchen vegan burritos

dinner: who knows! I'll try to keep it healthy!

Hello clean and tidy ladies!!

I'm so jealous about those vitalicious yummies!! We dont get them in Canada, so can someone grab some on their way over for Thanksgiving, so i can put a nice muffin top on top of my pie...i'd love you forever!!

Today, this darn sciatic pain is unbearable, everyday i think i'm going to be able to stretch or do some light movement or something!!! Its not happening :( But, its only been just over one week, so i need to be patient.
I fly to London England on Oct 19th for a weeks vacation as well, so i have a feeling i wont be resuming any activity until the end of October. But when i get back, i'll have my new Cathe's!!

Hi Everyone!

Just a quick post to say hi. No Thanksgiving for me this weekend, need to wait until Nov. 23rd. Hopefully I will have all my DVD's from Cathe, Tracey and Amy and I will get in great shape.
