Becky, I know what you mean about getting the eating under control! I did workout all last week except for Thur, but ate way too many of the wrong things, and the scale is showing it badly.
Robin, glad you only have to work until noon today.

Nina, I tried Fusion. I enjoyed it, liked the mix. You are still working out so no worries on sleeping late
Anne, I used the workout manager to enter the 1RM and didn’t use the guide at all. It can feel cumbersome, but like Colleen said, you can use the same #s for some of the similar exercises. I did them over about a week.
Did my first Hiit workout yesterday 30/30 – it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I was thinking I would have lost more cardio endurance with slacking on exercise during vacation and then going right into the holidays. I really like it, it moved fast.
I am trying to do better on clean eating today-it is actually easier when I am at work so hopefully that will help.
