Robin: Glad my kids can't bake yet! An entire new temptation then, b/c I'm sure they will want to ALL the time. :D

Kate: Hey, even if eats were screwy at least you are going out for a run. Hope the course has fewer hills than I ran today. :eek: Isn't this your second run of the day??

Colleen: I hope you got recharged this weekend- I don't think "just" doing MM is slob-like. You are working it! What is your job if you don't mind me asking?

Morris: I love BM2 upper body work- WTG! Hopefully the grocery outing worked with the kids. Max likes to go but wants to eat throughout the entire store!

I had the hungry attack again tonight- note to self to take in more calories during the day on weekends. I never seem to have that problem during the week! :rolleyes: Anyway, I made a great snack (do not gag Kate!) of cottage cheese, frozen blueberries, dry oats and slivered almonds with a bit of sugar or honey. It was amazing. I know it sounds weird but as the blueberries thaw it is just incredible.

Plyo Legs #35 on tap for tomorrow. I saw the one legged squat thrusts in there- erm, wow.
 
okay, in hind sight maybe it was not so smart to do 2 really tough workouts today. my whole body hurts - legs, back chest, shoulders. urggg. and i know i did nto eat enough b/c sometimes after my really long runs i just feel a bit on the sick side nd cannot stomach a lot. tomorrow is a pool day and recovery day. i need some sleep.

robin, lol on selling a room on e bay. that is what i need to do with dh's closet!

kate, why do eats suck? have a great run. somehow i thought you already ran. or was that yesterday?? i am confused.

Morris, Eats suck because I had a new recipe for homemade french fries....finsihed off a cc cookie...part of a corn dog,.....2 baked chicken nuggets....you get the picture.:mad:

Yes I did do 2 runs today. AND IT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME!! We got to 2.5 miles and Laura wanted to walk the rest of the way but I easily couldve kept going. We're having lots of fun training together so we're going to look for more races to do! OMW - I cant believe what I'm saying!!!! :eek::eek::eek::eek: And there were NO HILLS!! The road inclines slightly in a spot but NO HILLS!!! wahoo!!!!

Patti, My eats are the opposite of yours... I do much better in the week.
Make that cottage cheese ice cream and that sounds YUM!:p
Good luck w/ plyo legs! That is so fun! And hard!! We're sick aren't we?!:p
