Clean eating Oct 16!

Lets start now hey?

So far today I have had,

1 small bowl of cereal w/ skim milk and flax seed
6-7 ww crackers and cheese/ yogurt
1 kiwi

And dinner will be at my in-laws with a well balanced meal of veggie, meat and carbs.
My workout was triceps and a 6 mile run:)

Breakfast -

french toast sandwich made with two slices WW bread, 1 T low-fat cream cheese, 2 T SF strawberry/fig preserves, dipped in 1/4 cup Egg Beaters, topped with 1/4 cup SF syrup. Coffee with creamer:9

snack -

chocolate-covered cherry smoothie made with 1 cup 8th Continent soy choc milk, 1 scoop choc pro powder, and 1 T Davinci cherry syrup:9

Lunch - hot ham and cheese sandwich (WW) with light mayo, 1/2 cup plain yogurt with 1 cup of Smart Start cereal, about 4 apple chips

Not sure what I'll have for PM snack but supper will be

Pasta with butternut squash and pine nuts (Cooking Light recipe)
Gingered sweet potato pancakes
Large salad with light raspberry vinegrette.

On track for today.:)

Can I join this group? I have crashed and burned today with eating, but I want to start tomorrow. I really need this! I have totally gone out of control with eating! So I hope to start checking in tomorrow right?

I would be ashamed to put down what I ate today! It would make you sick!

Of course you can join.This wasn't even my idea, I just thought i would report what I had today.
I had a good dinner and I just had a yogurt.I was a good girl today...I even passed up dessert.It was only a triple chill cake so lucky for me..Im not fussy:)

OMG Lori & Jane.........GOOD eating!!!!!

hmmm I have to stop and think what I had.....?

Breakfast was oatmeal
snack while hiking was a granola bar

late lunch, early dinner? went out for chinese and had a bowl of won ton soup, 1/2 order of veggie lowmein, 1/2 order moo goo gai pan, water and hot tea - was STARVED after hiking!!

around 7......chocolate mint protein smoothie and piece of homemade l/f banana bread (jane I'm gonna try your smoothie next, that sounds yummy!)
 
Well lori, I will confess what I ate. I feel so embarrassed though, so here it goes. I hate nachos and cheese for breakfast this morning and McDonald's for lunch. I can't believe I ate like that! My foot turned me from a healthy eating person, to a junkie! But I know I can't blame my foot forever. Supper I ate pretty good. Now that my foot is making progress my bad eating has become a habit! I hate the yo-yo eating I do!x(


So is this a thread that will be done everyday? I hope so!

Nachos and Cheese for breakfast ? What time did you get up ? hahaha:7 I can get up in the morning and eat a cookie which would gross alot of people out but I don't think I could est nachos first thing.I could eat them now though.
I was talking to DH on the phone and he was eating chips.I had to eat off the phone b/c I was hungry and his chewing was driving me nuts!
I will chat with you gals tomorrow:)
