I am 39 yrs old and have been using Cathe dvds for the last 10 yrs.
A few years ago I purchased the STS series (cardio dvds also). I have the strength now to do the series from beginning to end, however, I'm concerned about nutrition.
In May of this year, I had braces put on. I have since had to contour my eating habits and certain healthy foods such as many raw fruits and vegetables are not permitted because of fear the wires will break. I have been making my own homemade protein bars, but I know I cannot live on those all day.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can do the STS series, knowing I'll be craving more clean foods than I might be able to eat?
