Clean eating check in?

Hey how are you? :) How is the baby ? We haven't had one is awhile but I would be happy to join you in one starting Moday. Well we could start tomorrow but I have a busy weekend that may include some unclean eating :)

Oh I sooo need a check in. My eating has gone to pot. Perhaps if I feel like I need to report to someone I'll be better. Mind you I'm still gonna allow some "slips" ;-)

I'm not sure but I believe with the last two days I've had, I'd be kicked out of any clean eating check-in!!:p

I need one desperately though, I may need an intervention!:p
 
I need to come too !!! I'm Having a tough couple days ..I dont know why as my period just got over !! ... I'm trying hard again today though . Gees those darn M&Ms my hubby brought home !!!! Right before bed !!!! I hope I can join in LOL HELP !!!!!
 
Ya know I seem to do good for a day or two and them WHAM!! I just can not seem to stick with it. I am at maintenance but I have this layer of fat that I know would go away if I cleaned it up a little. I guess I just need to keep reminding myself of that.

i'm in!

breakfast: ww toast, eggwhites, turkey sausage, coffee
lunch: ww pita with tuna or turkey
dinner: ckn with steamed veggies
snack:protein shake and apple

I am back on track today

Breakfast - old fashioned oatmeal with a chopped apple and cinnamon, coffee

snack - Yoplait light smoothie and banana - after the 5K Komen run

Lunch - blueberry protein smoothie, lean ham sandwich

that's as far as I am so far today.
 
Oh count me in!:) All I need is one day of disipline and I am ready to go! And today is the day.:)

I worked night shift last night and the rest of the weekend so my eating is very little b/c I sleep through meals but I will be more on track come Tues.Its a great way to jump start any pounds I want to lose though:7

So I got up at 11:17

12:00- 1 bowl of Speacial K almonds and vanilla/ 1 c skim milk

Worked out Imax3 and S&H Chest and GS Chest/ abs

2:30- Strawberry protein shake

I have to get reay for a wedding now so I probably will not eat anything else until I get there.If I do, I am just going to have some cheese and ww crackers and a glass of water:)

Well I need to join in on this today! I started out good today and then ended up having pizza and DH made his famous secret recipe chocolate chip cookies which are very hard to stay away from. Alas, I only had 1! And I'm proud of that! :)

Alright, I need some accountability here....

Brkfst: Wheat chex, splenda, milk(2% was all we had in the house)
Snack: Luna bar
Lunch: Sandwich with two pieces light bread, lettuce, jarlsburg light, honey mustard. Cottage cheese. 17 light cheetoes(I even counted the little ones as a whole piece!)

Okay, okay someone's gonna kick me off the forum for not being a clean eater. Cheetoes, store made cereal, luna bar....not on the clean eating approval list. At least it's better than what my husband ate.... And I'm okay for calories.
