Good morning healthy ladies
Yesterday went well, except I was far too tired last night to make a proper dinner, so I had cereal and half a high fibre pita with pb.
Today's menu is:
B - steel cut oats with soy milk and raisins
S - apple and half WW English muffin with pb
L - brown rice with beans, spinach and tomatoes, lf yogurt
S - cottage cheese and pineapple
D - ?? - maybe ww pasta with tons of veggies
The weekend is here. Which means I will have way too much access to food
Let's hope it leaves me alone.
