Morning clean eating ladies!

I did very well yesterday! I was quite pleased with myself.

Today:

B - 1 cup oatmeal with half diced apple, dash cinnamon and tbsp slivered almonds (so yummy!), 8 oz soy milk
S - lf yogurt
L - egg salad made with 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp light mayo, tbsp diced red pepper, tbsp dried cranberries, on two rye crispbreads, 1 cup greens with vinaigrette
S - 1 cup raw veggies with 1/4 cup salsa
D - Bulgar wheat with veggies, salad greens
S - 2 oz Swiss cheese with 2 clementines

Workout today is Rhythmic Step and Coremax!

I have done moderately well, considering I was away from this wonderful resource for almost a week. A couple days were terrible, a couple were good. You'd expect everything to be even, but no, I gained a couple pounds. I did sweeze in workout everyday, as planned.
Today,
B - Kashi cereal w/dried cherries, soy milk, banana
L - leftover coq a vin, rice, carrots, whole wheat scone, apple
D - large salad, orange
S - hmmmm, not sure yet
workout planned is HSC, maybe add a core max segment if I'm up to it
Eat Clean All...

Good morning:)

Last night I had chicken chili for dinner. It's good stuff--loaded with bell peppers, tomatoes, tons of beans, and chicken. I had an orange for a late night snack.

B - steel cut oats with chopped apple, walnuts, and cinnamon
S - grapes and 1oz l/f cheese
L - out with best friend - promises to order smart
S - probably none because going out for lunch
D - making homemade soup - probably minestrone because that's my favorite
S - a navel orange

W/o today with Leslie Sansone. Has very, very sore back, shoulders, butt, and legs from bicycle wipeout on Sunday. Couldn't sleep last night because I was so uncomfortable. I had to take ibuprofen.

Hi ladies,

I hope your okay Michele. Take a few days to rest if you need to. I haven't gone mountain biking since I wiped out (did a major face plant) and had to have surgery to sew my mouth back together.

1. protein shake
2. egg whites & oatmeal
3. green salad w/veggies and 1 can tuna
4. apple & 4 oz turkey
5. steak & veggies

Am also drinking 1 gallon of water.

Question - when y'all say egg whites and oatmeal, is that mixed together, or just some egg whites and some oatmeal, separately?

Hey there -

I havent posted in a few days - partly because I was SOOOO bad this past weekend! Oh well... I have been back on track this week.

Today is:

B- Egg Beaters, WW English Muffin, Simply Fruit Jam
S - Oatmeal, Protien Shake
L - Fajita Salad (chicken breast and lots of veggies)
S - PB 7 J
D - Chicken and Veggies that have been cooking in the crock all day - nummy.... :)

Actually the corck pot food might end up being both of the last two meals... :)

Have a great day!

Haven't posted in days because my eating hasn't been so good! 90% of the day is good, and then I ruin it at night with a binge on something like monkey bread, frozen yogurt, carrot cake, tiger crunch...you get the picture. My new resolve....once the latest baked good (carrot cake..but with whole wheat flour and very little butter) is gone, I'm not baking, nor am I buying the bad stuff like ice cream, through at least the month of December! Why must I enjoy cooking/baking so much??

Because of work, I'll have to cut my workouts down to about 5 hours a week for the next month, so eating healthy will be extra important. At least I won't have the time to bake!

Lisa

Clean as a whistle today... I don't have time to enter my food. With work and everything else I've got going on this week, it's a wonder I have time to eat the food!!

ok, what is tiger crunch?

Shell, i eat my egg whites separtely from my oatmeal;-)

b-oatmeal and ww toast
s-protein bar
l-tomato soup, green apple, sp piex(
d-turkey and rice soup

>ok, what is tiger crunch?

oops..it's Tiger Power. It's a cereal targeted to children ( :) ), but it has more fiber and protein than the typical cereal. I buy it for myself as a treat and to balance out the really high fiber Kashi GoLean...can't seem to digest a whole bowl of that.
