Clean eating challenge - Fri - 12-2

Good morning clean eating/fitness folks!!!

On the menu today -

Br - oatmeal with raspberries, coffee w/ creamer

Sn - sweet potato protein smoothie

Ln - Banana and nat. PB sandwich on WW, Go Lean Crunch w/skim milk

Dn - Baked spaghetti, large salad with blueberry/pomegranate ving.

Have you have a very clean day!
 
Well, I'm proud of myself:) . I had a totally clean day yesterday and I even went out to dinner. I'm eating every meal out today so it may be a bit of a challenge:eek: ;( . Keep your fingers crossed that I'll be able to resist the temptations that will be jumping out at me all day;( .

Today is:

B - oatmeal with diced apple, raisins and cinnamon, 1/2 muesli bagel with pb
S - other half of apple from breakfast and other half of bagel
L - tuna on 12 grain with cheese and avocado, lf yogurt

I'm not sure about the rest yet.

Hi Girls,

I have a confession. Yesterday I ate 2 pb cups and they were delicious! Better day today!

Protein Shake
Egg whites w/peppers & steel cut oats
Spinach salad w/1 can tuna
Apple & protein shake
? some kind of chicken and vegetables.
