Clean Eaters out there....

Not sure who would consider this "clean" but here is what I eat.
7 am 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, 2 egg whites
10am 1 cup strawberries, 1 T peanut butter
12am 1 wheat low carb tortilla, 2 oz turkey, 1 oz swiss cheese
1 cup brocolli
3pm Luna Bar or walnuts, pecans, or fruit...varies
6pm 4 oz chicken, fish, pork or beef. 2 veggies, 1 cup brown
rice.

8or9pm 1 cup plain oatmeal. I cant go to bed hungry!!
I also stay away from pasta...makes me feel blaaaaaa
 
Oh...and lots of water..I drink 1 cup of coffee a day...but stay away from diet drinks

Breakfast - 2 egg and bell pepper omlette
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - salad with mixed greens, cucumber, grape tomatoes and chicken (balsamic vinegar)
Snack - No fat or low fat cottage cheese with sugar free jellow or fruit
Snack - 1/4 cup pistachio nuts and another protein drink
Dinner - Chicken or fish or turkey burgers with huge bowl of mixed veggies coverd with low fat cheddar cheese.
Snack - Not clean but no sugar fudgecicle
 
7am - 1/2cup Low-Fat (1%) Cottage Cheese, topped w/cinnamon/splenda, 1/2 cup All Bran, 1tbs Natural Peanut Butter
10:30am - veggies & hummus
12:30/1:00 - Salad topped w/either chicken, fish, or egg salad
3:30/4:00 - Part-skim String Cheese & nuts
6:30pm - Chicken/fish or pork tenderloin, with veggies
8pm - Fat Free/Sugar Free Jello & Fat Free Cool whip (not clean, but gotta have a sweet thing.

1 gallon of H2O per day
No more than 3 cups of coffee:D

I'm so glad that I ran into this post:)
You guys have given me a good idea of what to eat. I can't say that I can eat like this EVERYDAY, but I think if I follow it maybe 5days out of the week and continue my WW the other days, I can expect some results?? what do ya think??
