Not sure who would consider this "clean" but here is what I eat.
7 am 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, 2 egg whites
10am 1 cup strawberries, 1 T peanut butter
12am 1 wheat low carb tortilla, 2 oz turkey, 1 oz swiss cheese
1 cup brocolli
3pm Luna Bar or walnuts, pecans, or fruit...varies
6pm 4 oz chicken, fish, pork or beef. 2 veggies, 1 cup brown
rice.
8or9pm 1 cup plain oatmeal. I cant go to bed hungry!!
I also stay away from pasta...makes me feel blaaaaaa
