I have a church picnic/carnival thingie to head to right after work. Not clean. I hope there is funnel cake.}( Hmmmm. I'm not sure I have the right attitude for this check in.

Hello Robin, and Carrie, and all to follow!
Robin, i see you're part of the RT checkin, i guess we'll meet soon, i cant wait to go!
Today, starting out ok, i'm off to meet a friend to go to whole foods market.
Have a great day all
Steph

Robin-The point of this check in is to support each other on our cleean days, our tidy days and our downright dirty days! Any attitude is the right attitude!!!

I did pretty well at the wedding last night. I didn't have any bread, had salad, a few bites of chicken, no cake. I did have two bloody marys, though. ;)

Today, my best friend, her husband, and their 19 month-old daughter went to the gay pride parade (we're big supporters). It was a lot of fun! It's always very colorful and there's a lot going on. The news said 300,000 people were there! Anyway, I managed to eat clean. I had a protein shake in the morning, some vegetarian jerky, and scallops and veggies with brown rice.

Okay, so I do have a confession...I have been dipping into the M&M's. Not as much as I used to, but I have been dabbling...you know, just here and there. ;)

On the whole, I am not too disappointed.

Hope everyone had a GREAT weekend!

Don't worry Robin or Lorie, I certainly won't be pointing any fingers at you when I had far too many (so many I lost count) pieces of candy today x(. Normally, horse shows are great for me because there is NO time for me to munch on anything other than what I brought with me for the day...I refuse to eat horse show food! Well, some evil demon put two HUGE bowls of candy out in the horse show office and every time I walked in I just HAD to grab a little something, you know. Midnight Milky Ways, Hershey's Special Dark, Almond Joy, Reese's Cups...if it was chocolate I ate it! I even ate a couple of Snicker's and I HATE Snicker's. The upside to this is that I'm sitting here with the worst sugar hangover you could imagine. I can't tell you how good some broccoli, chicken sate and grilled yellow peppers tasted after all that crap. I don't care if I ever see another mini candy thingy. I was cured of my addiction to Munchkins this way...I ate so many I got so ill and even the thought of a doughnut now turns my stomach.

I vote that we all start fresh tomorrow :7.

Lorie, I hope you had a good time at the wedding. Well, how could you not with a couple of Bloody Mary's? I'm sure the parade was a blast! I hope I'm not being too nosey but where do you live that there was such a huge turnout? That's great to hear, BTW.

Hasta manana,

Of course you can ask, Wendi!!! I live in Atlanta. I think they were saying it's the third biggest Pride celebration in the country. We go every year. It's a lot of fun but more than that, I think it's something important to support. I just think we all should have equal rights...not more, just the same. Why does that seem like it's too much to ask???

Ok, can I come back pretty pleeze??:) I skipped check-in this week due to travel and feeling bad about eating not the best and not exercising at the beginning of the week.

Thank god you are all human, makes me feel so much better. Thanks for being so honest.

I ended up getting my 5 solid days of workouts in this week anyway-yeah! Food, not so good. Dippin' in the M&M's-the peanut butter ones, and yes I stupidly bought them and filled up the little bowls we have laying around the housex( Moving on...drank wine last night and played some blackjack while waiting to see a show...(hey, I live in Vegas!) and ate some delicious bread and whatnot at lunch today...oh, and I rediscovered "Skinny Cow" ice cream sandwiches! The chocolate peanut butter ones are to good to be true.

Then I finished Tosca Reno's book yesterday and it pissed me off. She called drinking a latte cheating for heaven's sake . I loved everything in that book except that weird remark. I mean a tall nonfat has barely 120 calories--geez, so I realized I will never eat super duper clean, but clean and tidy on most days is a very good thing!:7 I mean life is too damn short not to waste 4 bucks on a nonfat latte every now and then, right?

See ya tomorrow in the produce aisle!:+

Hi everyone, didn't have a chance to check in over the weekend. We took the kids to the snow. The had a great time. Lots of snowman building and snow fights.

Eating was alright up until the hot chocolate and chocolate teddy bear biscuit. Anyway a new week again and one treat isn't going to effect anything.

Kim:)
