Good Morning Everyone. I know everyone is probably extremely busy today but this is only real time I have to post. Sunday is my designated day of rest, except for the occasional yard work
Today:
B: small potato, green onions, egg whites, simmered in a tsp. of canola oil
L: bean salad
S: Celery & Cream Cheese with a Twist:
<1 celery stalk, medium
5 teaspoons fat-free cream cheese
1 teaspoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon raisins>
D: Fried Rice Supper (healthy version
)
S: orange and grapes
