okay, not to be disloyal, b/c cathe is definately the best, but, has anyone done amy bento's strength wos? i heard she has a dropset weight wo coming out that i am interested in. anyone heard of it?

I love Amy bento but not as much as Cathe. Amy newer w/o are advance, challenging and high quality. I did not know that she has a new weight training w/o coming out. I've preordered her advance k-bell and kickboxing. Hmmm I'll check it out.
 
hi robin! wtg on legs! you did awesome! i bet you could do 80# squats! 5# jump for legs isnt toooooo much. i think i'll need the vest for meso3. better order now. youve got me scared what my wts are gonna be for m3! glad im repeating the last wk of m2!:D

morris, i have asc2 but def havent spent enoughtime on it. thats alll i have of ab. the dropset sounds fun tho!

Dinner's done and girls are down for bed. I was good - only one enchilada and some kiwi and then had some raisins for dessert. The choc is barely tempting me. :)

Morris, sorry about the bummer mood - I always have snack issues in the mid-late afternoon! I don't have any AB stuff either - I've checked her out a few times but don't really like her style as well as Cathe's... I'm strongly considering CLX though.

Hi Lisa!! I feel like you and I are always going to miss each other with the time diff! CLX is Chalene Johnson's version of P90X (from beachbody).

Robin, that's crazy heavy weights - LOL on the double weighted vest! I think I need a picture!

Klaudia, I feel like personal training is a rip off! I don't understand why it's so $$$!!! Plus, I feel like it honestly wouldn't change anything unless I had daily sessions!

Colleen, I agree - you've been sick for a while. I would go get it checked out!

Katie - I accept the challenge fully!!! I am so over those stupid jelly beans. Thankfully I have no chocolate in sight either. Are you the one wearing your hr monitor all day?
Robin - I have an English Cocker Spaniel and we ended up buying a professional clipper and groom her ourselves. I've actually gotten pretty good at it now.
Morris - Dove chocolate is my weakness. Sorry about the no offer and the mulling over the potential buyers are doing. I'd like to know how Amy Bento's weights are also. It's hard for me to find instructors that keep my interest AND don't annoy me. I guess that's why it's easy for me to buy Cathe because she's very likable. I actually like a lot of the P90X workouts, but after day2 of Tony Horton, I just can't do it.
Kate - Oh my gosh, I've done the falling asleep then waking up having no idea where I was. Glad you got to wo though.
Hi Colleen, Klaudia, Anne, and I hope I'm not forgetting anyone!

I got through most of BM2 cardio blast before my baby woke up. Had to shower quickly then feed her. Hoping to do some pilates tonight. I found a good program suprisingly on our dvr. I need to work my core and stretch my sore legs so pilates will fit the bill. Anyway, off to a work meeting. Boiled egg and banana for breakfast. Hope everyone is having a good day!

Kate, I can't believe you worked out at 5 AM. I looked at the clock at 6 and rolled over and promptly went back to sleep. You know how I hate getting up...

Robin, you rock! So, you're on STS 37? Does that mean you just have 3 discs to go to finish? I bet Pepe looks adorable after being at the groomers. Jim would like a smaller dog if we get one in the future, but my heart lies with the gentle giants. I just love Great Danes, Bull Mastiffs, Irish Wolfhounds, all the huge ones. So, we'll see. Maybe we'll compromise and get something in the middle.

Katie, don't let yourself get too hungry! Remember to snack smart.

Klaudia, did you get your work out in? I should lift weights today, but it's so beautiful out finally, I'm going to have to run. I'm going to try to do 3 miles, we'll see how it goes. And maybe some abs.

My brother is coming by tonight to drop something off for my dad. Hopefully he won't stay too long. Not that I don't want to visit with him, but he's coming during my work out time. I can't complain, though, as he lives 40 minutes from me and him dropping this stuff off means I don't have to go get it. Bonus!

Anne I hate when people come to visit around my wo time. the last four squat rack w/o are number 37,38,39,40 I still have 3 weeks to go.

playdate was so fun, and so worth not fighting about naps. then we all went in the bvasement and i did legs and core. ratatouille in oven, and eats are going well. so, glad i am back on track without a ruined day. just have to try harder tomorrow.

anne, i love big dogs too. get 1 of each. and some little dogs have a big dog personality. i hate it when people interrupt my wo time. enjoy your run.

kate, i need a recipe for lf enchiladas. dh would love that.

angie, great day for you! starting the pack max? i'd be dreading the travel for sure.

lisa, great wo. my guys are such bad nappers - 30min 2x/day is all i can count on. stay away from the jb's and choc.

Yay no sugar so far today!! Had a veggie sandwich for lunch and no sugar snacks! Not sure what's on tap for dinner, but been home and totally ignored the sweets esp the jelly beans!

Hi Everyone!

It's getting late but I made it back! I did pylo legs for my workout. I got an energy burst this afternoon so I rushed home so I could workout. I wanted to squeeze in abs but it was almost 8 when I finished and I hadn't eaten dinner so I decided to start cooking.

Morris, hope the offer comes soon.
Anne, sorry about the dog. I agree - could you find a more travel friendly dog?

Morris, I have Amy's Slo Mo and APX. I like her Slo Mo legs but the upper body is not tough enough for me.
Robin, can you lift the weight you need for M3 legs? I had to go to plyo legs because the weight is too heavy without a squat stand.
