Hi

Has anyone noticed a momentary freeze in the Step Heat workout? It occurs in the first step section. I'm wondering if the disc is the problem or my DVD player.

Hey I think my does the same thing, I have to check today and see if it is in the Step Heat or one of the others. I let you know.

I checked the first combo section again in Step Heat and realized it is a DVD chapter break. Originally this was a VHS workout and when transferring it to DVD, they had to add a chapter break which causes a momentary freeze in the picture. Is yours like that also?

Yes you are right on the money, I just check the Step Heat on the first combo, and it does freeze and goes right to the next combo. So I guess you are right they did it to chapter the dvd.

RE: layer change

All dual layer disc will have a slight freeze when the layer changes. You can avoid this problem by buying a player that has seamless layer changes.
