Words cannot describe how I love my CS - especially Essentrics! The ones led by Sahra are DA BOMB! I have every CS produced & they are all so wonderful. Well, except for the recent Core one - not too big a fan of that one. But the Essentrics - oh my goodness....you just feel so long & lean & supple & tall & loosey-goosey... ok, I'll stop. But they are wonderful & you won't be sorry if you buy them! The more you do them, the deeper you get into the stretches & the more wonderful they become. You can order at classicalstretch.com. HTH!
You can also get Essentrics on amazon. I have to say I had these and did not like them at all. I found them--I hate to say this but--boring. I did them a few times and then decided to sell them. You can read lots of info about them on videofitness.com Many love them and many don't.
