Classic Hits Vol. 1 FREEZE?

Hi,

I got the Classic Hits Vol. 1 with my Ab Hits last week. I used the Ab Hits several times, and noticed the well advertised problem with the picture breaking up and skipping on All Step Abs. I haven't tried the Step Heat Abs yet, but will do that this week. I heard that SNM will be sending a new DVD to everyone that ordered it, so I'm VERY thrilled about that. THANKS!!

This morning I tried the Classic HIts for the first time, doing Step Max. I selected Step Max from the Top Menu, and my
DVD player literally shut off. I could not get it to cut back on, except by unplugging it and replugging it in. I then started again, and got a bit into the warmup, and the picture froze. I had to unplug the player again, to get it to respond to the
remote at all. I tried a third time, and it went perfectly! I plan to try the other two workouts this week, and if I continue to have trouble, I'll request a new DVD, BUT I HATE TO DO THAT because SNM has been so wonderful!!!

Has anyone else had trouble with their Classic HIts Vol. 1 freezing or anything else? I'm hoping it was just a fluke, and all of the kinks have been worked out.......

Hi Sandi,
I also received both of these dvd's last week. I did the Step Max workout last Thursday and I had no problems at all. I have not yet looked at the other two.

After reading about the ab hits, I did a check of some of the menu items on the ab hits dvd. I had NO trouble at all with all step but had some skipping with the step heat abs.
