I really don't like step aerobics. It is my least favorite type of workout. However, I have been watching a lot of Cathe's video clips and it seems that the high step workouts get your heart rate up without alot of the choreography that I find so annoying about regular step workouts. On the video clips it looks like Cathe uses alot of repeaters and lunges on the highstep to get the heart rate up and mixes in strength circuit style. Is my perception of these workouts right??? If so I will be buying this workouts and the high step.
