I saw under the vitamin post that dsaxton said she takes cla. Well, I've been taking it too, and like you, dsaxton, I'm wondering if it works. I get mine at Vitamin World and the recommended dosage is 5 per day. When I take 5, I find that I am absolutely starving. I eat about 4 mini meals and one larger meal per day. I usually average 1800-2000 calories on a non cheat day. Now, when I don't take cla, I'm not as hungry. I'd read the original study on cla, and all of the fat loss was based upon 2000+ calories per day, so maybe I need to eat more. I'm not sure if I'm willing (or if my stomach is big enough) to do this with healthy food. I'm just curious about anyone else's experiences. Now, I haven't gained any weight yet either, and I have enjoyed several large, high fat meals on vacation this summer.
