Why are they closing down? Does anyone know?
I am just not too pleased about this because they were great for us Canadians. I was absolutely impressed with their customer service and shipping integrity and now ... what am I going to do??????

Shipping from the US is costing us too much $
I tried to order the high step from Cathe's website and the shipping cost me MORE than the high step itself! Yikes!

I only ordered 1 item at $59.99 and the total charge was $119.change - honestly!

I am so hesitant buying from there. I have heard one too many horror stories about the quality of stuff sold there.

For DVDs have you tried advancedworkouts.com? They have fantastic customer service, Jen the owner, is just so helpful. Postage is cheap and if you spend over $US50.00 postage is free. She has a huge range of DVDs and is adding more all the time.
