Maringeles - Do you know if CC is her advanced stuff. I just tried her for the first time with Mission Possible. I really like it and it
is doable. Anything more complex, I'm not ready for. If CC is complex, can you suggest one of her older workouts that I can start with. I'm not big on hi lo (although I really like the hi lo in M.I., because I can do it!!)

Hi Mar, CC is more advanced than MP. Christi posted this about the new workouts:

Mission possible is probably the easiest i've ever done. I would say it is slightly less complex than Step Heaven stage 1, and Hi/Lo Heaven Stage 1. It's not low intensity though. We work really hard with bouncing moves and intense arms. It is a great workout, as well as a blast to perform!

Cardio Collectibles is really challenging. My girls tell me that the choreography is "classic." They say it has a touch of style unlike anything they have seen and it fits the music perfectly. The combo's are intense, complex and smooth. I agree. It's a BUM kicker though. There will be no modifyers, just BUM kickin!


I think you can try Still Steppin and Totally Cool Step.
