CK arm drills!!!!!

OUCH!!!
I think I'll add these to my rotation at least once a week. I stuck these on to a Kathy Smith/TWV circuit combo I did on Tuesday (?), and my arms were SO sore for several days!!! I really put 150% effort into every punch. My heart rate was higher just doing these arm drills--I did not even add the jumps in!--than it was during the whole circuit combo!!

I agree~Wow! :-wow I love the power drill section. It really kicks butt! I like the sequential(Sp.?) kicks too. Isn't it fun having the guys up front? Keep up the great job.

Boo-hoo... I can't do any of these darn power moves!! I USED to love those kicks and jumps, but alas, those days are over...
Someone better come out with a killer leg workout that involves no bending of the knees or jumping. And it better be quick--I'm tired of modifying!
You, know, I'm actually fine with not being a high impact person anymore, but it's fun to gripe!

Okay...

...open mouth and insert foot!!! Sorry, Wendy, I know how discouraging it is not to be able to do certain things. BEEN THERE! It's great to see you have such a positve attitude about it though. Better then I would! Thanks for the kind words and I will definitely post as soon as I can. Only 4 days til her due date! :-jumpy

Oh, don't be silly! If your feet are as sweaty as mine after a workout, that would be really gross ;-)
I think if I keep working my quads (hard to do without squats, but still...), I may build up the muscles around my knees enough that I'll be able to do all that fun stuff again. Until then, it is amazing how great of a workout I can get without the jumping, and I think my form is improving and my movements are more controlled. The sweat still flies, I just have to wrok at it more! I'm also getting a brain workout since I'm constantly having to think up fun modifications to Cathe's high impact moves :)
