I was doing 10-10-10 today, and I got to the part with the arm cirles during the plyo jumps, and my fingers felt like they were going to explode!! They were turning purple at the fingertips and burning and felt like they were stuck full of pins (kinda like having a rubber band wrapped to tightly.) Is this something to be concerned about, or is it perfectly normal? I had to stop the tape for a couple minutes to let my fingers go back to normal!
