Hello Cathe,
I just love your circuit workouts that include both cardio and weights. I was wondering how many times per week it is ok to do them or if it is ok to do them back to back. Also, what sorts of results can one expect from them? Will enough circuits replace isolated strength workouts? Do they tend to burn more calories than either pure cardio or strength alone? I notice that the crew members talk about cardio days and lifting days. How do workouts like High Step Challenge fit into this? Any other thoughts on these workouts?
