Hey Cathe! Just wanted to tell you how much I love your workouts! I have alot of them and they are fabulous! I was doing the firm for awhile but when I was introduced to your workouts I was hooked! the Firm just doesnt challenge me anymore. My question is to lose fat quicker would you recommend circuit training workouts whick utilize weights everyday or more cardio? I was just kinda at a plateau and was wondering about that. I already eat a total vegan lowfat diest so I cant improve on that anymoe htan it already is..Thanks alot Cathe
